General Guidelines

1) Technovanza 8.0, an Inter-School Computer Festival has six events in total. All the events will be held in an offline mode       (except for the Event for Class III). Registrations are invited for all the events.

2) REGISTRATION

  a) There is a common registration form.

  b) The registration should be done only once for all the events under the registration tab on the TECHNOVANZA                microsite(link of the microsite is available on the school website- https://bbpsgr.balbharati.org/

3) SUBMISSION

  a)Online submissions are required for only 2 events as mentioned in the detailed Rules & Regulations sheet.

  b)Only one entry per event per school should be sent.

4) Only one team per event from each school should be registered. A student can participate in only one event.

5) Registrations will be done on a first come first served basis.

6) On the spot registrations will not be possible due to the paucity of space.

7) The host school will participate in a non-competitive mode.

8) All participating students must be accompanied by a Teacher In Charge from the school.

9) The participants are expected to follow COVID-appropriate behavior.

10) Students must carry their school ID.

11) All teams must abide by activity-specific rules concerning the time allotted, software permitted and theme suggested.

12) In case of specific activity-related query, please contact the Teacher In charge on all working days.

13) The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

14) The school scoring the maximum marks across all the events will be awarded the Overall Winners Trophy subject to             participation in more than 4 events.

15) Results of all the events will be declared on the same day of the event,04 November 2022.
